The personification of the night and the moon, embracing a bouquet of Epiphyllum oxypetalum a species of cactus which blooms rarely and only at night, the flowers wilting before dawn. As they fall out of her grasp and become stars and constellations. On her shoulder watching over her is the symbolical Moon Rabbit.
